well motherfuck. how bout that. goddamn nother plane crash, the whole goddamn plane burns up but somehow, the son of a bitches passport flies clean out of his pants or the glove box, perfect trajectory, and despite flying right into the building, it flies, BACKWARDS, through the blast, and then perfectly floats down to the sidewalk right below.
like a fucking car wreck where the whole damn thing burns up, but right there, on the shoulder, is the guys drivers license, with the wallet nowhere to be found.
well ain't that a fucking miracle. i'll call the pope as soon as he can get his dick out whatever altar boy he happens to be banging.

Ok, so there may be funny business as well but they did report first that the plane was registered to him. Then they confirmed his take-off and the fact that he was flying home alone.
But yeah, the passport thingy is bullshit...or horseshit. 
A really interesting way to leave the planet.
